- Top Tier Home & Building Solutions, the licensed Florida general contractor that performs our work. We send them your request, including through their customer management system (GoHighLevel), so their team can contact you, review your project, prepare your estimate and complete the job. Top Tier handles your information under its own privacy policy.
- Service providers that help us run the website and our business: web hosting, website security and content delivery (Cloudflare), email, spam protection (Google reCAPTCHA), website analytics (Google Analytics) and advertising measurement (Meta). They may use your information only to provide their services to us or, for Google and Meta, as described in their own policies.
- Authorities, when required by law or to protect our rights, our customers or the public.
6. How long we keep your information
We keep requests and project records for as long as we need them to respond to you, complete and support your project, and meet our legal, tax and warranty obligations. After that, we delete them or keep them in a form that no longer identifies you.
7. How we protect your information
Form submissions are stored in a private area of our website that is not publicly accessible, and our website runs over HTTPS. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no website or email system is 100% secure.
